I take a look at you, the business environment you work in, your workflows, and the people you work with holistically with a curious mind, and a commitment to understanding the "why".
I take on the responsibility to help you find answers from within and help you develop new strategies to tackle challenges.
I have been in the business for 10+ years, taking over the assistant position to being a COO and managing 50+ people, to now leading my own company for the past few years. Being in the business and holding different positions helped me better understand how people function.
My certification as a bio-therapist allowed me to expand my field even further, by now being able to easily point out the reason behind people/business problems and to better understand why they work and funcion the way that they do in certain situations.
